GH Performance Testing

As a conscientious tester, you’ll want to know your SOA can handle the expected traffic loads before your customers do. What does it take to really test the performance of your SOA or message-based project? Multiple endpoints? Multiple hosts? Extreme message rates? Extreme message sizes? GH Tester has it all.

GH Performance Testing is a powerful extension to GH Tester. Users can use pre-existing functional tests from GH Tester, or develop special ones, with no programming or scripting knowledge, and use them to exercise multiple endpoints (services) simultaneously.

Not only that, but a range of powerful probes will tell you how the infrastructure is holding up under the strain and GH Tester’s built-in charting component will help you to understand what went wrong, and where.

GH Performance Testing allows the user to:

  • orchestrate a large number of events across multiple machines
  • automatically change the load generated by these machines
  • capture key performance indicators from the execution of these tests
  • capture key performance indicators from other items of infrastructure impacted by the tests
  • examine the results using powerful flexible charting
  • compare current results with past results from the same test
  • compare any results with any other result from other tests
  • embed these charts in reports
  • save the charts for sharing between colleagues
